No — our cleaning services are available to self-managed STR hosts, independent property owners, and residential clients who want professional-grade cleaning without full property management. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Our teams are scheduled around your booking calendar. We coordinate with checkout times to begin as early as possible, and we have the staffing capacity to complete same-day turnovers even during high-demand periods. We request at least a 3-hour window between checkout and check-in where possible.
We use EPA-approved, commercial-grade cleaning products that are safe for guests, children, and pets once dry. We can accommodate specific product requests or sensitivities — just let us know during onboarding.
You receive a completion notification with timestamped photos from each room after every clean. Our team leader also completes a 47-point digital inspection checklist, and you have access to all clean records at any time.
For STR turnover cleaning on Primax-managed properties, we coordinate all linen logistics. For standalone cleaning clients, we can either use your linens or arrange rental linen programs — we'll discuss the right setup for your property during onboarding.
